CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS

As a courtesy to other clients, appointments must be canceled a minimum of 24 hours in advance. No fee will be charged for appointments that are canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. 

 

Appointments canceled or rescheduled without a minimum of 24 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee (100% of the service price). A 100% service fee is charged for no-show. 

ARRIVAL TIME

Please arrive at your appointment on time. Clients arriving late may not be able to receive services but will be charged 100% of the service fee.

LATE ARRIVAL

Appointments begin and end on time so that the next client is not delayed.  Clients arriving late may not be able to receive services but will be charged 100% of the service fee. 

PAYMENT

I accept cash, Venmo, and PayPal. All services must be paid in full at the time of visit.

REFUNDS

Due to the nature of my services, there are no refunds or exchanges on services, pre-paid series, packages, gift certificates, or purchased products at any time. If you are unsatisfied with any service received, please contact me.
